Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities


Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.

Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.

Supervise and train workers.

Coordinate daily maintenance activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Information Technology:


Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, virus protection, and email security

Perform data backups to ensure all company-owned work is saved

Install and update network system improvements

Install and configure wireless networking equipment

Assist with the design, implementation, and support of new software and features

SEO and SEM - a digital marketer is responsible for ensuring that the website is easily found by the target audience. Optimising website structure and content for search engines (SEO) and/or the use of paid online advertising (SEM) are two ways a digital marketer helps to drive relevant traffic to their website.

E-Commerce - where appropriate, a digital marketer is responsible for converting website visits into online sales. This is often achieved by making the online shopping experience as easy as possible and by introducing special deals.

Social Networking - a digital marketer is responsible for managing the online presence and brand the hotel. Social networking tools such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ allow businesses to engage with their consumers in real time and a digital marketer will often be responsible for this communication.

Job Title: Storekeeper

Job Description


Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders

Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders

Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns

Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels

Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom

Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies

Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses

Oversee the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs

Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software or order slips
