Job Title: Boiler Operator - Premier Feed Mills


Loaction: Ibadan, Oyo


The Job


Responsible for constant monitoring of steam availability and quality for production.

Responsible for preventive and planed maintenance of the boiler.

Perform general water treatment activities.

Trouble shoot boiler and its accessories.

Qualification


OND/Technical Certificates

Experience:


Two (2) years cognate experience in manufacturing industry

The Person Must:


Have cognitive thinking ability

Have good communication skill

Have basic mechanical and analytical skills

Job Title: Extruder Operator - Premier Feed Mills


Location: Ibadan, Oyo


The Job


Replacement of worn-out dies from extruder machine

Set controls to regulate vacuum, air pressure and temperature.

Synchronizing speed of extrusion

Inspect and remove defect product & packing materials.

Remove finished package items from machine & seperate rejected items

Bag out fish feed that has being confirmed as good pelletized fish feeds

Qualification


OND / Technical Certificates.

Experience:


Two (2) years of cognate experience

The Person Must:


Have good knowledge of Extrusion.

Have good communication skills

Have good mechanical skills.

Job Title: Pellet Press Operator - Premier Feed Mills


Location: Ibadan, Oyo


The Job


Prepare the machines to produce feed pellets and crumbs.

Check and adjust steam valves to regulate temperature of the machines.

Adjust ammeter and valves to regulate flow of materials into the machine.

Adjust rollers to crush pellets into crumbs feed.

Tends to the bucket elevator to transfer pellets to finished feed bin.

Qualification


National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:


Two (2) years cognate experience.

The Person Must:


Have the ability to think through and provide solutions.

Have good mechanical aptitude.

Be able to communicate and process information clearly.
