Beddings and Beyond, a leading store in the interior decoration industry is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Admin / Accounting Officer
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Core Responsibilities
These include but are NOT limited to:
Conduct periodic physical stock checks and book-to- book reconciliations
Perform basic bookkeeping duties e.g. keep a running tally of all deposits and debits.
Prepare and present reports using simple spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel; highlighting information, such as gross revenue, monthly debits and account balances.
Maintain stock records using MsExcel and prepare inventories
Requirements
Minimum academic qualification of OND and 0-2 yrs work experience in a similar role.
Good organisational and administrative skills
Proactive and must be attentive to details
Available for immediate resumption
Should reside in the Lekki Ajah axis
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office especially Microsoft EXCEL
Profound analytical, numeracy and problem solving skills
Able to work with minimum supervision
Salary
N65,000 / Month
