PFI Capital is an Investment Advisory and Asset Management company licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as Corporate Investment Advisers and Portfolio/Fund Managers.


We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Customer Service Representative


Location: Lekki Peninsula, Lagos

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

Responsibilities


Communicate with customers via all channels

Respond promptly to customers’ enquiries

Perform customer verification

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs

Maintain customer database

Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications


At least 1 – 2 years’ of relevant work experience

Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
